Purpose of the Service
Pricati is an online service allowing its clients to create, train, publish, and manage a conversational assistant under their own name and brand, based on their own data — website, documents, Q&As, texts, videos, and audio recordings — as well as associated services: commissioning, maintenance, support, and custom developments.
The assistant is deployed on the client’s website using an embed code, and where applicable on third-party messaging services and platforms that the client chooses to activate.
The terms of use and sale of the service are described in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Privacy Policy.

The infrastructure of the pricati.com website is leased from the company o2switch.

The application platform on which clients’ assistants are managed, trained, and run — conversational engine, knowledge bases, conversation histories, and language models — is based on third-party provider infrastructures located in the European Union and the United States. Transfers outside the European Union are governed by the safeguards of Chapter V of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, under the conditions detailed in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
The Pricati brand, logo, visual identity, website architecture, texts, images, and all elements composing it are the exclusive property of Sdravobiz S.R.L. or its licensors, and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
The Pricati service relies on software components, libraries, conversational engines, and language models licensed by third parties, which remain the property of their respective owners and whose own licenses prevail solely for the elements concerned.
Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, or exploitation, in whole or in part, of the elements of the site or service, by any process whatsoever, without the prior written authorization of Sdravobiz S.R.L., is prohibited.
Assistants created by clients, as well as their contents, knowledge bases, trademarks, and distinctive signs, remain their exclusive property.
Nature of the assistant’s responses
The assistant’s responses are generated automatically by an artificial intelligence system based on content provided by the client. They are generated, not selected from a list of pre-written answers: they may be inaccurate, incomplete, or ill-suited to the question asked.
Under no circumstances do they constitute legal, medical, financial, tax, or professional advice, nor do they constitute a contractual offer binding on the publisher.
It is the responsibility of the client, in their capacity as the operator of their assistant, to inform their own visitors that they are interacting with an automated system, to monitor the quality of the content made available to the assistant, and to maintain control over commitments made on their behalf.
Liability
Sdravobiz S.R.L. implements reasonable means to ensure that the information published on the site is accurate and up to date, without being able to guarantee its completeness or the absence of errors. The features, pricing, and availability presented on the site are subject to change; only the terms and conditions in effect on the date of the order, as set out in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, are binding on Sdravobiz S.R.L.
Demonstrations, conversation examples, screenshots, and figures presented on the site are provided for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a commitment to results or a guarantee of commercial performance.
The site may contain links to third-party sites, over whose content Sdravobiz S.R.L. exercises no control and accepts no liability.
Personal Data and Cookies
The processing of personal data collected via the site and the service is described in the Privacy Policy.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Law no. 190/2018, every individual has the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and opposition regarding their personal data.
